Halftone presets
Three starting points that set LPI, angle, dot shape, knockout fuzziness, and Levels together.
| Preset | LPI | Angle | Dot | Fuzziness | Use it for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Subtle | 35 | 22.5° | Ellipse | 60 | Fine detail and smooth gradients where you want less visible screen. |
| Balanced | 30 | 22.5° | Ellipse | 90 | The default. Most DTF jobs. |
| Vintage | 22 | 22.5° | Ellipse | 120 | A coarse, visible dot and a heavier knockout for a worn look. |

Custom
Change any of those values, on the Basic or Advanced tab, and the preset menu switches to Custom. Pick a preset again to return to its values.
Presets are starting points. Run Test Mask, look at the preview at 100% zoom, and adjust.
